Support for individuals and couples

available in person or online

Life doesn’t usually fall apart all at once. More often, things just stop feeling right. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. You may not even know exactly what’s wrong, only that something needs attention.

Counselling offers a steady, confidential space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find a way forward that feels true to you.

A place to talk openly

Having someone to talk to openly, without fear of judgement or breach of privacy, can be profoundly helpful.

My role is not to tell you what to do or who to be. It’s to listen carefully, help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and support you to make changes at your own pace.

Many people come to counselling feeling unsure, guarded, or sceptical. That’s okay. We start where you are.

WINZ Disability Allowance

If you are receiving a benefit or hold a Community Services Card, you may be eligible for support through the WINZ Disability Allowance.

If helpful, I can provide any documentation required to support your application.

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP)

I am an approved provider for Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).

Some employers offer funded counselling through EAP, which may include up to three sessions at no cost to you. Eligibility and session numbers depend on your employer’s arrangement.

You’re welcome to get in touch if you’d like to check whether EAP applies in your situation.

If you have questions about fees or funding options, please feel free to ask. We can talk this through.
